Hiba Abbas

Hiba Abbas is a software engineer who takes products from implementation through APIs, AI, payments, store release, and iteration. This site collects practical lessons from that work — not rewritten documentation.

That work has included API and AI integrations, payment and revenue setups with Stripe and Polar, CAD, anomaly-detection integrations, and websites.

I also worked on a healthcare app where a patient records a doctor visit. My work was transcription, LLM integration for health summaries, visit creation, and follow-ups.

In October I shipped BrainHD: talk a messy list, get small tasks, finish one and a building goes up. Version 1.0 went live on the first App Store submission, within two days. The notes are in the first-try post. The product page on this site is BrainHD.

I also built Loud Enough: a messy explanation in, a message you can send, nothing invented from a date you never said. The notes from that are in the build logs.

Everything here comes from something I actually built or shipped — not a rewritten tutorial. The writing is organized around four threads: Build, Ship, AI, and Growth, plus Build Logs for experiments with real outcomes.

I also take on App Store work: fixing rejections, setting up subscriptions and paywalls, and reviewing apps before they're submitted.
