A city that only works as animation is a toy. A city that still reads as buildings when Reduce Motion is on is a planner.

BrainHD lists twelve colour environments, light and dark, and full support for Reduce Motion. That went on the App Store page before the first submit in October.

Why it is a ship note

Apple already asks what the app does. Over-animating a reward loop and ignoring Reduce Motion is how you get a different kind of complaint than Guideline 2.1. I would rather the finished-task building still exist as a place you can walk, not only as a particle effect.

Same honesty as the diagnosis line

The listing also says the attention check is not a diagnosis. Reduce Motion is the same class of sentence: say what the binary actually does. First-try approval was the Connect list, including accessibility copy that was true.
