Getting a build into App Store Connect felt like shipping. It was not. Speech Route uploaded. Then the notes started. Signing was the gate to upload. Review was a different gate.
Green is not approved
Transporter or Xcode Organizer succeeding means Apple has the binary. It does not mean the paywall, the listing, or the privacy URL passed. Those failures are in the eight-rejections post.
What I do after upload
I wait for review with the checklist already done, so the wait is not a second project of missing metadata. Hangar's wait ended in approval on try one.
What I do not do
I do not tell a client the app is live because the build processed. Live is when the status says Ready for Sale. Until then it is still the Speech Route job.
