The App Store page for BrainHD says it is a to-do list and planner built for ADHD brains. It also says the optional self-check about attention is not a diagnosis and cannot rule anything in or out. If you have questions about ADHD, talk to a doctor.

I wrote that into the listing before submit. I am not going to sell a planner as a clinic.

What the app actually does

You dump a messy list. It becomes small tasks. You finish one. A building goes up. That loop is the product. Rescue mode, one next move, no overdue badges — those are how the planner behaves. They are not a medical finding.

Age rating is 4+. Privacy nutrition on the US listing is data not collected. Recordings are used to turn speech into tasks. No ads, no tracking, no selling data. That is a product choice I also had to mean in Connect.

Why this belongs next to review

Apple asks what the app is. Overclaiming health is how you get a different kind of round trip than Guideline 2.1. I would rather the listing be honest and the first submission stay boring. BrainHD went through on try one. The disclaimer is part of why I was willing to press submit.
