The feature was not the delay
The client wanted a subscription and a store listing. The Swift was not what ate the calendar. Incomplete Connect, a paywall you could not leave, a privacy file, signing vocabulary I did not have — that is the eight-rejections post.
A round trip is days
Each rejection is not an hour in Xcode. It is a queue. I learned to treat review as a second project with its own duration. Hangar was boring on purpose because I ran the checklist before submit, not after the first no.
What I say before I start
I say the binary and the store record are two deliverables. If the client owns banking, the privacy URL, or screenshots, that sits on the calendar in the open. I would rather argue about that on day one than in Resolution Center.
