Two different jobs
Certificates and profiles stopped the build leaving my machine. Guideline 2.1, 3.1.2, and 5.1.1 arrived after upload, as notes. I unpacked those in the empty paywall, the close button, and the privacy file.
Read the number first
The email names a guideline. That is the spec. Opening Xcode because the paywall "feels broken" is how I lost hours on a request that was returning [] correctly. Reviewers do not send a stack trace.
What I send back
When I resubmit I write what changed, in the review notes field, against that guideline. Not a speech. The pre-submit list is how I try not to get the email. The eight-rejection timeline is in the first-submission post.
