I already wrote the slow-open story: the app opened to a loader and Dio sat there. This is the product rule I kept: the first screen may not wait on every endpoint you will eventually need.
Honest spinner, wrong wait
The UI was not lying. Requests had not returned. Restyling the loader does nothing. I look at what launch awaits.
Not the visit chain
The healthcare visit pipeline had to be sequential. That is Strapi order versus React. Launch is the opposite problem: too much in parallel, all required before first paint.
What I ask now
What does the first useful frame need? Everything else can complete after. If the answer is “all of Strapi,” the first frame is wrong.
